1: How are you sleeping? Are you a back, stomach or side sleeper? How many pillows do you use while sleeping? And how many hours of sleep are you getting each night?
2: What is your water intake?
3: How often are you exercising and stretching target areas?
4: How often are you getting full body massages? (Not just the back)
Each question will help with the explanation to getting you from being in constant agonizing pain to being able to stand up straight with a spring in your step without the pain associated from your unresolved chronic back pain.
